Obviously one of the reasons that we can have a car thief and arsonist in Congress is because he has the support of a raging alcoholic Speaker of the House. While Boehner isn't as dishonest and amoral as Issa, he's just as weak and lacking in morality. A recent committee hearing was shamefully shut down by the cowardly Issa in another fit of petulance, yet the Republican party's resident inebriate approved of Darrell's action. Hic.
