SITTING PRETTY

 Eames Lounge chairs and Otttomans are gorgeous. They're a work of art. They cost a fortune and they're worth evert penny.  Except for one thing. They break easily. And when they do, it's very difficult to find someone to repair them. Last year one of my two Eames chairs  came apart at the left arm. Within two weeks I found someone to fix it for $150.00. Unfortunately I didn't save his name. Now my other chair, which came apart at the right arm, has been sitting unused for 6 months. Several persons have said they could fix it, but they never showed up. At almost $5,000 each, these chairs are the only expensive things I own. I also have an imitation Eames Lounge Chair, which looks a lot like the real thing. Except I bought it 59 years ago for about $500.00 and it's still in perfect condition.

ANONYMOUS NO MORE.

 Now that the author of anonymous has been revealed to be Miles Taylor, everyone's suspicions are laid to rest. Trump, at one of his ego-boosting rallies actually said he thought it might be Hope Hicks or Jared Kushner. That shows what a sick mind Trump has, actually suspecting two of his most loyal toadies of betraying him. I guess when you're as sick and nasty as Trump, you don't expect loyalty from anyone, nor should you. How satisfying it is to see how many Republicans have turned against him. Sadly none of the traitorous Senators. (Susan Collins doesn't count.) If Trump loses it will be interesting to see who sticks by him once he has no power and is a convicted criminal. Where will he go or an ego boost?

LEARNING THE HARD WAY.

 Trump is running lots of commercials that swear that Biden plans to raise taxes across the board. People see these commercials and get all panicky, vowing to vote for Trump. What they don't take into account is that Trump lies. About everything. And it's no trick to pay average business people to lie as well. Biden has no plans to raise taxes on anyone making less than $400,000 a year. Trump's claim is a lie. All his claims on all his commercials are lies. And only the most gullible will believe them and vote for this lazy, egocentric do-nothing. Will you really be one of them? Don't believe me? Ask any person who enrolled in Trump University.

THE WORLD'S CRAZIEST COLLECTION OF MISFITS.

 Trump is nuts. He suffers from every malady in Freud's handbook. He's paranoid, schizophrenic, bi-polar, and just plain bat-shit nuts. He only has success because he has money. If he were poor, he would have been committed years ago. And you can be certain his kids would never put up with him if there weren't a legacy at the end of the rainbow. (By the way, mental illness is hereditary and the children of the corn are already showing signs.) I don't think Trump is on cocaine, but he could have fooled me. Cranky one minute, and the next infused with some grandiose plan. It amazes me that there are enough really stupid people around who will actually vote for Trump. Those people are call masochists or just plain morons. If Trump loses, his losers are so lucky, because they will avoid some of the worst years of their lives.

ADD A JUSTICE AND LOSE THE LAW.

Now that Amy Coney Babbit is a justice. America has become a theocracy. Women will have no more control over their bodies, they might as well wear the red robes and white hats that reflect their status. Instead of looking for worldly solutions to problems, Babbit will be on her knees asking an unproven deity for guidance. Muslims, Buddhists, and all other religions must now take a back seat to Catholicism.  As you can see the moral Ms. Babbit isn't bothered at all that she gained this position through deceit and chicanery. All she cares about is that she is where she wants to be, children and husband be damned.  She wanted control and she has it. No wonder Trump was so pleased with her: she's as power-hungry as he is. 

THE MANNIKINS

 Talk about marriage of convenience. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are both too selfish to marry out of love. He married her to give himself a modicum of manhood since he is such an effete dunce. She married him to rid herself of he icemaiden image since, like her father, she has no warmth or kindness. Even Lara calls them the Robots. Yes, they have children, but they both had to get drunk to accomplish that. What worries Ivanka most is that she will eventually look like her bloated mother. What bothers Jared is when people compare him to Sheldon Cooper. Which isn't fair because Sheldon is far more attractive.

 Thanks to Republicans we have two sexual perverts on the Supreme Court and very soon a religious bigot. So forget the separation of Church and State. It no longer applies. The Supreme Court itself is no longer a symbol of honor and respect.

WEIRD BUT POSSIBLE.

 Considering that Trump is heartless and Putin is nuts, is it possible that Putin is giving Trump is a bounty for for each American killed by Covid-19, just as he did for our soldiers in Syria?  That would explain Trump's indifference to the many deaths that we have suffered and his unwillingness to come up with an anti-virus program or even a suggestion that his ralliers wear masks. Sound insane? I don't know. It's one way to pay off the $400,000,000 he owes someone.

WHAT A CON MAN!

Who else could go to The Villages in Florida and sell himself to thousands of unmasked seniors who are certain to die from coronavirus within the year.  Thousands of these old fools with preexisting conditions turn out to hear his endless lies completely forgetting that over 200,000 Americans died because of his lethal mendacity. How sad. So many of them thought they had a few more years of tennis, shuffleboard, pool exercises, etc.  But now that the angel-haired angel of death has appeared they can expect a sudden cough, sore throat, trouble breathing and all those tubes they tried so hard do avoid.

ARE YOUR EARS WORKING?

 In all his commercials, Biden says he will not raise taxes on anyone making over $400,000. Yet all of Trump's lying commercials say Biden will raise taxes on everyone. Not even close to true. Yet there they are obvious low wage earners on Trump commercials fretting needlessly. You would think that after four years and thousands of lies the average person would have caught on by now. But no. They still fall for Trump's falsehoods. And keep in mind that if Trump stops Obamacare and Social Security as he says that's like the biggest tax hike ever. Trump fans are so gullible, they even believe wrongly that Biden is a socialist, though they haven't to a clue what a socialist is, just that they don't want it. Trump lies. That's all he does is lies. And amazingly a sector of society believes every lie. If you give Trump a second term, he will destroy America and make your life  miserable. And that's no lie.

VOTING FOR A DICTATOR.

Living in Miami, I know lots of Cubans, whom I admire. But I cannot understand why so many of them plan to vote for Trump. They keep saying it's out of fear of becoming a socialist country like Cuba. But Cuba wasn't bad because it was socialist. It has great medical facilities and other care organizations. The trouble with Cuba was that Castro was a dictator, which is exactly what Trump wants to be. By voting for Trump, you're encouraging the worst failings of Castro. Biden is much more like the caring, hard-working  Cuban citizen of Miami than Trump. He is nothing like Castro or Trump and I feel sorry for the Cubans who cannot see that and plan on giving their vote to a man that given power would be as bad or worse than Castro. 

THE SENATE IN VERY BAD HANDS.

I always suspected that one couldn't get way with that evil forever. Now it seems that Mitch McConnell has developed The Devil's Stigmata. You will note in recent photos of this satanic figure that his hands are all bruised and deformed. This is a rare punishment for selfishness and evil inflicted for very specific crimes in religion. In this case it was his hypocritical railroading of heretic Amy Coney Barrett on to the Supreme Court. Ms. Barrett offends all heavenly forces with her out of control sanctimonious ego. Several leading Catholic organization and publications have objected to this holier-than-thou harridan. gaining a lifetime position on the Supreme Court where she can bully the entire American public to obey her narrow moral standards. McConnell's Devil's Stigmata is sure to be just the first of many heavenly punishments.

THE CREEPIEST PREACHER

 Poor Pat Robertson, 90 years old and desperate to be be part of the end of days. But since that's a crock and he's been living a lie all his life it ain't gonna happy. I figure the insane old bastard will die in the next five years, his shriveled up old body will be stuffed in a kid-sized casket and his reign of nonsense will be over once and for all. The only good thing I can say about him is that unlike all the other daffy evangelicals who know they're full of it, he believes the crap he spews. That  speaks well for his sincerity if not his sanity. By the way I was impressed with a member of the Graham family on the news the other night. She sounded sincerely religious. How did she get into that family of millionaire charlatans?

MSNBC IS AT IT AGAIN.

I insist that MSNBC greatly helped Trump win the last election and they're doing it again. This morning Stephanie Ruhle interviewed a man to determine how well the economy is doing despite everything. The man is a toady for Trump therefore he said things are fabulous, there never was a better economy until the virus, more people were employed, made more money, everything was rainbow and unicorns. Trump os planning to give a middle-class tax cut if he wins,  Blah. Blah.. Blah. All bullshit with the blessing of MSNBC. Following this pro-Trump report were interviews with three black woman who insisisted they would not vote for Biden and Harris because of their past sins. One woman said, "Not voting for Biden is not a vote for Trump," but it is.  Apparently these three woman are second guessing Biden and Harrris's decisions, and they may be right. But Trump, given another term, will plunge us into an unrecoverable dictatorship. I was hopeful that Biden would win. Not so much anymore. Trump with his lies, his foreign allies, his lawless lawyers, traitorous senators,his corrupt justices, and an assist from MSNBC just may pull it off.

AMERICA'S WORST MISTAKE.

As we get closer to election dayTrump gets increasingly unhinged. Among the many people he attacked today was national hero Doctor Tony Fauci, one of his most ill advised attacks ever. He also ranted about Ben Sasse who had the courage to defy him. Trump said, "We Republicans have to stick together." Except he's not a Republican. He's nothing. He says he goes to church. He doesn't. He says he's anti-abortion. He's not. But he knows if he says otherwise you'll turn against him. He says he has a health plan, He doesn't. Elect him and you'll spend sleepless nights worrying about medical bills. He says he likes black. He doesn't. Nor does he like women, children, pets, or anyone remotely Hispanic. Trump is a man without a soul, a conscience, a moral compass of any kind. He feels no fealty to any human being. He is crippled in a manner that has no cure. Trump calls Biden old and infirm because he, Trump. is old and infirm. He is a case study in projection. Why is he so sick? Is it because of his heartless father? Is it because of his sexual deformity? Or is he just a bad seed? If you voted for him, you will regret it if he wins. You will have a leader who doesn't have a clue what you need or why you need it, and doesn't care. You've convinced yourself that this empty shell of a man is filled with feelings and emotion. And he's no more generous of spirit than Stalin, Castro, Mussolini or any other dictator who wants power more than anything else.

THE MORON'S MOLL.

I saw Lara Trump on a talk show the other night. She is probably one of the saddest, most brainwashed creatures  I have ever seen. Poor darling was so ill-informed and pathetic. It made perfect sense that she was married to someone as clueless as Eric Trump. One can only wonder are they sincere in their stupidity or is just a front to make sure that when the old man dies, they'll get a decent share of what money he has left. I wouldn't give her a second thought, but I find it very sad that she has two children who, at  certain point will realize what doofuses their parents were and how mightily they fought to continue the downfalll of the United States.

SISTERS UNDER THE SKIN.

 I dislike Laura Bush for the same reason I dislike Melania Trump. They are both married to mass murderers. Now it's true that Melania is a fortune-hunting bimbo who was a porn-star and holds many of Trump's beliefs and couldn't care less how many lives he's destroyed or deaths he's caused.  In short, she's just out for herself. On the other hand Laura seems normal enough and your basic good obedient wife and mother who raised two exemplary girls, but she's still married to an idiot who stole the presidency and started a fake war that killed thousands, including children. This to me is unforgivable without divorce. I'm sure both of these women are living their lives as if everything is hunky-dory but there are broken hearts, shattered lives, crippled innocents and oft-visited graves all over the world because neither of these two women was willing to face the truth.

I can never decide whether Trump's fans are sycophants or psychopaths.

BE A HERO. VOTE AGAINST BARRETT

 Trump is counting on the sactimonious, bigoted, magical thinking Amy Barrettt to join the Supreme Court.   She's his stooge to outlaw abortion, eliminate Affordable Medical Care, and sever, once and for all, the separation of Church and State, which in her narrow mind would mean outlawing gay marriages. He even dreams she'll help him win the election and make him our official dictator. Any Republican Senator, could ruin his plans and be a hero to the American people if he or she and three colleagues voted against this plan. You know, or should know, that 70% of Americans approve of having the right to abortion. And you know that millions of Americans count on the Affordable Care Act to stay heathy and secure. What have you got to lose? All over America people will praise you for going against the monster and saving America. They'll breathe a sign of relief thanks to you. They'll stop worrying abut losing their Social Security. You'll be a hero, unlike most Republicans who are considered useless traitors right now. All because you stood up against Trump, and for the American public, and opposed religious prejudice. There are at least four patriotic Republican Senators who can stand up to the wrath of Trump, McConnell, Jordan and all those other cowardly traitors. Americans will love you now. History will love you in the future.

THE CIRCUS IS IN TOWN.

Hey, Trump, did it ever occur to you that your rallies are not indicative of how much they like you, but how much you amuse them, and it is a free show. There are no movies in town, so this is their chance to see a famous clown say all kinds of stupid things. It's a Punch and Judy show without Judy. And let's face it, you are a one man show. True you can't sing or dance, but you do make a fool of yourself with every appearance, and since these rubes believe they're Republicans, despite how often they're on the dole, they like hearing you attack people they should be praising. Best of all, they don't realize how much you detest them. If they could read your mind about all your thoughts of how fat, and sloppy and stupid they are, you'd only have the few moderately attractive bimbos who you're too impotent to seduce anyway. Most shows have audiences; yours have mobs. You've managed to coral a herd of misfits and get them to sit still for about an hour while you vap about your enemies and how mean the world is to you. They sit there and chew their gum until they are commanded to applaud, cheer or laugh uproariously. And many of them think you're absolutely nuts. But like I say, it's a free show, usually in a town where there's nothing else to do.

AMERICA'S GREATEST LOSER.

If I had a million dollars and I owed somebody $10,000, I would pay it. Why not? Who needs the worry of such a small amount. Now Trump the other day said he owes $421,000,000 dollars, but he also bragged to Samantha Guthrie that what he owes is just a small amount of the incredible wealth he has. Then why not pay it and be free of debt? Why? Because he's lying. He doesn't have a huge fortune. He can't afford to pay his debt, which is more likely closer to a billion dollars. One of the best things about being president was he could steal from us. He ripped us off by booking his Secret Service people into his tacky golf clubs at outrageous prices. He put his corrupt family on all kinds of free flights. And I'm sure he found lots of other ways to pad his expenses. My guess is he owes a fortune to Russia, which is why they would have him by the balls if he had any. Poor Trump. He's scared to death of being an ordinary citizen who  has to pay his own bills. It should be great fun to watch.

ANOTHER OF THOUSANDS OF TRUMP LIES.

 One of the most frequently run Trump commercials claims that Biden will increase the taxes of every working person in American. This has many wage earners shivering in their boots. But, as with most Trump statements, it's a complete lie. Biden will only increase the taxes of persons making $400,000 a year or more. Do you make $400,000 or a year or more?

"MY GOODNESS. WHAT CAN THIS BE. SITTING HERE ALL THIS TIME, UNNOTICED?"

Today I saw a snippet of a news story with a collection of names including Joe Biden, Hunter Biden,  Rudy Giuliani, and Ken Dilanian. The nonsense was something about a briefcase found in an auto shop in Delaware suggesting some nefarious doings between the Biden's and Foreign entitities. It sounds like this years Comey scandal. But it sounds more like a Trump plant with the aid of the Russians. Poor Donald is beside himself with worry so nothing is beneath him. I like Ken Dilanian and can't see him as ego-desperate as Comey, so I'm not terribly worried. And even Guiliani's daughter told us to vote for Biden so she must know something . So I suggest that you listen to the news about this sudden "find" but don't give it much credibility.

THE VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED

 I am told that many elderly residents of The Villages in Florida are still planning to vote for Trump. I can only assume that this is an example of senility. Because voting for Trump is like signing your own death warrant. Trump regards his regular rally attendees as disgusting, so you can imagine how he feels when they're even older, even more feeble, even slower in judgement. Not that you'll live that long, but Trump—if he wins—is planning to do away with Social Security. While many of you are what they call well-heeled, others depend on that Social Security check. Trump is also eager to dissolve the Affordable Care Act, so there's another major expenses for your to worry about. And you guys have it better than most seniors, so you can imagine what others are going through: the elderly in ghettos and tenements and rural areas. For some idiotic reason you won't vote for Biden. That's your loss. You're like a drowning person refusing a live saver. Fine. If your stupidity wins out soon your Florida paradise will become a dystopia.  It's hard to play shuffleboard when you're worrying about shuffling the basic expenses of getting by in life. Your golden years are going to to be anything but all because you were a stupid enough old fool to vote for Trump.

VOTING FOR THE DEVIL.

 I find it amusing the number of voters who proclaim themselves moral Christians and then indicate they plan to vote for Trump. Trump who cheated on all three wives, the most recent with a porn star while Melania was still nursing. Trump who has been accused of rape of an underage girl. Trump whose close friend was a famous pedophile  and whose imprisoned pimp Trump still wishes well. Trump who cheated hundreds of workers out of the money they were due. Trump who promised he would not profit from the White House and then ripped it off for millions, as did his greedy daughter and son-in-law. Trump whose deliberate lies led to the deaths of more than 200,000 beloved Americans who would be alive today if Trump weren't a liar. Trump who thinks anyone who serves his or her country is a sucker, and if they die in that service they are a loser. Trump who calls Biden Sleepy Joe while Trump himself stays in bed till noon watching television instead of doing his job as president. Trump who proclaims himself the greatest president ever, though he hasn't done anything for this country. Trump who refers to his crowds of fans at every rally as "disgusting." So you're going to vote for him, and there's no part of you that thinks that just possibly you're an idiot that any true Christian or for that matter God would find insane?

THE GOP'S FAVORITE PINUP.

You've got to admit it's hilarious that so many famous conservatives are big Ayn Rand fans. They're like the super-hero nerds on The Big Bang Theory in their adoration of this unattractive, lumpy author. Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, and Paul Ryan (shown here)  are just three of the giddy GOPs who subscribe to Ayn's philosophy of selfishness. Trump would probably join them if he ever read a book. Of course they never mention that Ayn was pro-abortion, anti-American Indians, and would have laughed in Amy Coney Barrett's face for believing in God and for saddling herself with seven children. Mark Cuban, who I thought was an intelligent Democrat even named his yacht The Fountainhead in her honor. I must admit I loved that book. But I read it when I was 12.

WARNING

 I can't say this too much. And if you're at all reasonable, I won't have to. You know that during his pathetic administration, Trump has told thousands of lies. Not hundreds, but thousands. So there's not a reason in the world to believe that any of his campaign commercials has a single word of truth. 

THE FAT MAN IN THE GLASS HOUSE.

 Trump your name is hypocrite. This week you put out a poster showing Joe Biden in a wheelchair in a nursing home. This makes you look like a fool. For starters, the difference in your ages is slightly more than three years. You are obese. Joe is slim. Your diet sucks. His is healthful. You have to wear pancake makeup to hide your mottled and wrinkled skin. Joe does not. You make far more verbal mistakes than Joe, and he recognizes his immediately while you go zanily on. You both have had some facial surgery. Yours shows.  He's been married to the same woman for 43 years. You can't maintain a decent relationship with anyone for anywhere near that long. Joe has a high IQ. Your IQ is far lower than you boast. If you were both naked in front of an audience, people would say of Joe, "He's old but in good shape." Your flabby body would make people vomit. 

TRUMP IS SUCH A DRAMA QUEEN.

 You know, I never thought of Trump as being gay or at least bisexual, but lately I've begun to wonder. After all he was close friends with Roy Cohn (shown) and is with Lindsey Graham. And he does make a big deal out of his love of strong men and his love notes with Kim Yung Un. Plus I don't know any other men who wear makeup and are so obsessed with their hair. And just today he said he should go into the audience and kiss every woman and man...and man. It's probably nothing, but it does make you wonder. Maybe the big deal with Stormy and others were coverups. Hmmmmm Did you notice? This is the kind of dirt that Trump likes to spread. See how easy it is. 

HIS WHOLE SUIT IS ON FIRE.

Right nowTrump is running one of his most deceitful ads. It's just a series of lies. He pretty much promises he's dealing with the coronavirus. A lie. He suggests he's 'working on all kinds of breakthroughs. A lie. He intimates that he is equipping seniors with all kinds of medicines and treatments. A complete lie. Plus he ends the commercial with the worst lie of all. He suggest the Anthony Fauci approves of all that Trump is doing. A complete lie he refuses to remove from the complete deceitful commercial.  Trump is incapable of telling the truth. And thats just one of his completely false commercials. Surely you don't believe any of them?

HE SMIRKS AT YOUR SORROWS.

 Apparently Mitch McConnell, the ugliest man in Congress and the Scourge of Kentucky feels that it is a subject of great humor to see poor and middle class people unable to pay their bills. At least it got a laugh out of him today. What does he care for other Kentuckians as long as he and his wife are raking in a fortune. At 78. he doesn't expect to live that much longer, but he has enough money to do it in style. The fact that you're struggling is of no interest to him. Let's hope you're not stupid enough to vote him again so he absolutely has the last laugh on you. Never has anyone done so little or so many and reaped such rewards. Come on Kentucky, wise up!

IRREPLACABLE.

 I don't trust women, or men for that matter, who are so driven to have children they have some of their own and adopt others. Then the first opportunity they have to flex their ego and get away from those children , they take it. I am, of course, referring to the highly arrogant and ambitious Amy Coney Barrett who prizes a position on the Supreme Court above the happiness and familial warmth of her children. And though certain friends will be offended I am also highly suspicious of a person supposedly renowned for her judgement and wisdom who bases her entire integrity on an invisible unproven man in the sky and the teachings of a book centuries old that makes all kinds of outdated judgements like it is okay to stone to death an adulterous woman. The proven atheist Trump has chosen this woman to outlaw abortion, which the Bible never mentions. Also to wrest from millions of people their health coverage, which is something Jesus would never approve of, (yes I believe in Jesus). And eventually she'll ban gay marriage, though at least one of her seven children is sure to be gay. We need a decent, honest, fair. unbiased justice not a former Handmaiden who believes a woman should cleave to her husband.There will never be another Ruth Bader Ginsburg, but we should aim for a better than Amy Coney Barrett.

HIT WITH A HAMMER.

A while back Angie's List and Home Advisor were different. Angie's List was simple and uncomplicated while Home Advisor was a complex pain in the ass. Now it doesn't matter which one you use: They're both pains in the ass. I called Angie's List and answered about eight questions before they asked me at what site the service would take place. I gave them the address and zip code. Apparently neither suited them and they cut me off.  I tried calling Angie's List. (I already knew I detest Home Advisor.) but they won't answer unless you're already a member, which seems like a lousy business practice. I don't know about you, but I'm done with both these arrogant giants and back to asking friends if they can recommend a contractor or handyman.

METHUSELAH.

It's terrifying to know that Chuck Grassley is in line for the United States Presidency. He's no more coherent than Trump. I watched him this morning at the Supreme Court hearings as he mumbled and stuttered through his speech. My God, the old bastart is 87 years old. 87! He probably doesn't even know why he's there. After watching his pathetic attempt at logic, I turned off the TV. The Republicans are so corrupt, they're sure to get their Bible-thumping bimbo Ms. Barrett onto the court, and—more important—it must be something Putin wants or Trump wouldn't be doing it.  

THE PROSELYTIZER

I cannot understand why those who aren't Catholic would all vote to install bigot Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. Why would any senators participate in turning America into a Catholic Theocracy? All it takes are four Republican votes to nix her appointment and prevent this Handmaid from corrupting our government for years and possibly removing our health protections and reversing gay marriages. Four votes. Surely four of the eight Republican Senators have enough courage and character to do the right thing, and honor The Constitution's belief in the separation of church and state.While Barrett looks normal enough, consider her men-rule past. and that she is willing to neglect her seven children in favor of making a nation bow to her sense of morality. Please don't let her force you to live by her religious standards. Stop her.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?

Two men are running for president. Why? What's in it for them? Have you even asked yourself that question? Here are some answers.

WHAT'S IN FOR TRUMP? Everything he loves: power, adoration, control, chances to make millions for his hotels and golf courses. The privilege of doing  favors for Putin. Free travel. High-Paying jobs for his daughter and her husband, A chance for his sons to use some taxpayer money. Late starts to his work day. Lots of TV watching. Frequent rallies essential to his narcissistic ego. Best of all immunity from criminal prosecution for another four years (or longer if he can destroy our democracy)  and working with Barr on how to circumvent the law.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR BIDEN? Hard work. The nearly impossible job of putting America back together. The personal heartbreak of every Covid-19 death, none of which he takes lightly Actually reading status reports and anything related to our country. Serious consideration of every problem. THE RUSSIANS ARE COMING,

Everybody has his or her insane conspiracy theory. Here's mine.Trump is preparing the United States for invasion and takeover by Russia. The problem is he needs more time. The pandemic, which  Russia (not China) planned and created is designed to rid the country of troublesome Americans, which is why Trump and Barr created the herd immunity plan. It was designed to kill off even more Americans leaving more homes for the many worthy Russians Putin will be sending here. Putting  the children in prison was to see how heartlessly Trump could deal with young people, who would, of course be more than just imprisoned. He didn't feel a thing.  Putin would love nothing more than world dominance and this would be a great start. The problem was Putin actually thought that Trump was smart. He bought the lies. Now he is waiting to see if Trump gets the extra time he needs to become dictator before he goes completely off the rails. So far he's been sucessful in manipulating the traitorous Republican Senators and bending time-honored laws without much opposition. He's worked up the gullible militia to help him upset our democracy and plans to do away with them once the Russians have taken over. He offered the bounty on our soldiers to see if Trump would object. He didn't, of course. What's in it for Trump, power, wealth and control of a large part of the new nation and a queendom for Ivanka.  The boys will disappear, as will all  his political enemies. The fly in the ointment? Nothing is going according to plan. And if Trump can't successfully steal the election in November, prison won't be Trump' biggest worry it will be that cup of tea Putin forces him to drink.  This is every bit as absurd and full of nonsense at Trump's daily speeches, except or the tea.

TAKING HER FOR GRANTED.

 I don't like Amy Coney Barrett, as I don't like any zealot who tries to inflict her religious beliefs on other. But I do find it hilarious that Trump feels certain that this strong-willed woman will do exactly as he wishes. He has a sense, I think, that she's just another woman, thus malleable and stupid. Yes, she may bend to his way of thinking, but only because it's her way of thinking, not because he Svengalied her into it. Like I say, I don't like her, but I think she's smart enough to avoid the wrath of a nation, decent enough to keep from depriving millions of medical care without an alternate plan which Trump has never come up with,  and intelligent enough to recognize that Donald Trump is in sore need of psychiatric care, which he will probably get in prison.

P.S. I think she and her children were standing much to close to the possibly viral Trump during the first super spreader event in the Rose Garden.

PEOPLE CAN MAKE MIRACLES.

 There are two classic movies of the 50s in which an avalanche of mail saves the day as well as the hero: Edmund Gwenn in The Miracle of 34th Street and Judy Holliday in The Solid Gold Cadillac. In both plots they are dealing with corrupt, greedy men not unlike our Republican Senators, men who feel they have won their battle due to cheating and chicanery, But at the last minute the U.S, Postal Office comes through with  bags and bags of correspondence representing the will of the people, so much mail no-one can question the winner. This is what I hope will happen in the upcoming election: so many votes for Biden and so few for Trump, there is no question who won. Which is why every patriot of voting age must make his or her voice heard. So get out and vote for Biden or mail your vote today and make sure we have a miracle on every street in America.

ANOTHER NOTE TO TRUMP FANS.

 WOW. You must really love this orange faced clown, even more than Ronald MacDonald. After all, you're willing to sit or stand in the Rose Garden shoulder to shoulder with masked and unmasked strangers exposing yourself to God knows what. All for the thrill of listening to some penny-ante Mussolini stand arrogantly above you spouting lies liberally laced with anti-liberal hate and spit-spraying you in the first rows with the toxic spittle he brags of not having. (Has he ever lied?) So you can go home and tell everyone how exciting it was and then proceed to infect your spouse, your children, your elderly relatives. Okay, so their pain or possible death is a high price to pay, but think about this: you saw the President of the United States. By the way the persons in red are from the last Rose Garden event. They all came down with Covid-19. There are more to come, including attendees at today's event.

TO TRUMP VOTERS ONLY

Sorry to be unkind. But if you vote for Trump, you're an idiot.You don't read, you don't think, you don't pay attention, and you don't watch unbiased news. You are also completely unpatriotic since you defend a man who defends our most dangerous enemies, including  Putin. Yet you believe every ridiculous lie about Biden, a decent man with a happy marriage and a long history of patriotism. And in your gullible ignorance you trust every word of a traitor, Trump, who has a history of lying, divorce, bankruptcies, criminality, cheating, not paying his bills, tax evasion, imprisoning children, and whose incompetence resulted in the deaths of more than 200,000 Americans. You have a brain set in cement, you are cheating your children of being more intelligent than you, you are condemning a nation that has always given you freedom and opportunity to one ruled by a narcissistic madman who refers to you as disgusting and wants you under his tiny thumb. Plus, stupidest of all you're loyal to a sadistic millionaire who wants to take away your Social Security and your Affordable Medical Care. And I'm just guessing, but I suspect you are not wealthy and paying expensive doctors, or buying a costly insurance policy won't be easy for you. Do yourself a favor: for the next two weeks read a fucking newspaper, watch something other than Fox, and see if you are able to separate truth from rumor and lies. If you come to your senses you'll help save democracy. If you remain stupid, you'll soon be saying again and again, "Why did I ever vote for Trump?"

SCAREDY CAT.

 You know what, that guy (what's his name Trump?) who you think is so strong, is afraid of everything. He was so terrified of going into the service that he had his daddy find a doctor to lie about bone spurs. He's so frightened of firing people, he never does it himself. He so petrified of looking old he spends more time on his hair and makeup than on running the country. He's so scared of women, he pays off his wives not to criicize him, and constantly insults and vilifies smart women whom he can't control. He's so worried about looking stupid, he hires people he thinks are dumber than him. And he's super scared of having a virtual debate with Joe Biden so he has made up all kinds of excuses. Plus  funniest of all, I think he's afraid of dogs and probably cats which is why he is the only president in the past century, who has no pet.
In short, your hero is a wimp, a coward. a chicken. 

SO LOYAL, SO SINCERE, SO STUPID.

Poor Eric Trump. He does one stupid tweet after another in defense of his psychopathic dad.  Every one of them falls flat. The latest is calling Biden a coward because he doesn't want a face-to-face debate with an angry, interupting nut who also suffers from Covid-19. (Nobody knows how serious because Trump forbids his toady doctors to reveal the truth.)You would think that Eric, after nothing but failures would give up, considering he does more harm than good. But no like Sisyphus, he keep pushing that boulder of bullshit up that unscalable hill.

WHY TRUMP FANS SHOULD VOTE FOR BIDEN.

If you're a Trump fan, do you realize he thinks you're stupid? That's why he lies to you. For instance, one of his most frequent anti-Biden commercials tells you that Joe will raise your taxes. This is a lie that Trump thinks you're stupid enough to believe. The truth is Biden plans to raise taxes only on persons making over $400,000 a year. Do you make over $400,000 a year? If not, why does Trump suggest he's going to raise taxes on everyone? Why? Because he thinks you're stupid. So if you don't mind someone who lies to you every day about everything, vote for Trump. Of, if you want someone who doesn't lie to you at all and you don't make over $400,000 a year, vote for Biden. A word to the wise: Vote for Biden even if you do.

STOP SAYING WHY.

"The reason why" is the most redundant expression in the English language. Why is never, never needed.  The reason is the reason. It doesn't need a superfluous word to explain it or propel it along. And while we're at it, stop saying "If I would have known" which always sounds ignorant. The correct wording is "If I had known." and that goes for every sentence contrary to fact that includes"if" and "would". So I encourage you to stop saying,"'why" and start saying, "had" in the situations just mentioned,

IT'S NATURE.

 We all know what flies are attracted to.  And last night was no exception. What amazes me is that Pence can claim to be a God-fearing Christian, while he does the bidding and tells the lies for one of the most evil men America ever produced. That fly spent so much time on that foul head, I think Pence should check his hair for maggots.

BEFORE YOU VOTE.

 Keep in mind that a lot of Trump's commercials are very convincing. They make wonderful promises, boast about past achievements, and offer you a future that would thrill anyAmerica, while they tell you terrible things about the universally admired Joe Biden.  But don't lose sight of the fact that nobody, but nobody, has told more lies and broken more promises than Donald John Trump. In contrast, Joe Biden, even according to a commercial by, Lindsey the Louse Graham, says that nobody could not like and admire Joe Biden. 

"Eric Trump claims that his father 'literally saved Christianity'"

I didn't read this story by Sarah Burris in Salon since I found the headline so hilarious nothing in the article could amuse me more. It's another on of Eric Trump's moronic comments. First of all, I doubt that Eric even knows the difference between literally and figuratively. Second his father is a dyed-in-thewool atheist (and not the good kind) and I doubt he has saved anything other than all the money he didn't pay hundreds who worked for him. Plus if Trump saved Christianity, I would piss off his godless comrade Putin and he's unlikely to do that. Add to that Christianity didn't need to be saved. It's doing just fine under the present pope, and you can hardly classify evangelicals Christians now that they have approved of every sin Trump commits. Damn it! Now I've aroused my own curiosity. I'm curious to see what kind of reasoning a dimwit like Eric can come up with. (P.S, I don't think Eric is the stupidest of the Children of the Corn: Donald Jr. has him beat by a country mile.)

P.P.S. I read the article. Apparernently the ever-brilliant Eric never gave an explanation. It was just one of the fake accomplishments he credited to his father during a radio interview in North or South Dakota (does it matter which?).

THE SAFEST ROOM IN THE HOUSE.

I think it's very unlikely that Trump could win this election without help from the traitorous Senate, the totally corrupt Bill Barr, the Evil Empire Ruler Vladimir ras Putin, and the fool to whom Trump owes those millions of unpaid and overdue dollars. But I will say this: If that White House bunker is still available, I would start furnishing it now, because so many Americans are going to be super-pissed if you win, you will be living there for the next four equally unproductive years. 

DECIDING THE FATE OF OUR NATION.

If Amy Coney Barrett becomes a Supreme Court Justice, America will become a theocracy. One woman's vote will tip the scales of justice toward the Catholic Church and require all other religions to believe what she believes. Such conceit. Such arrogance. Despite the fact that 70% of Americans approve of Roe vs Wade, she will nullify it. Trump is also hoping that she will do away with the Affordable Care Act. If she does that, it will leaves millions without health care. How Christian is that? Since the Plague of Trump invaded our land, hate and prejudice have reigned. Liars, cheats, con men, and all manner of immorality have triumphed. Once highly admired positions in government have become con games. And now a biased Bible thumper from Louisiana is being rushed into the the already corrupted Supreme Court to do one more dirty deed for the atheistic Trump before he is ousted and arrested, and the traitorous Senate does not have four men or women of character out of a hundred to protect the separation of church and state.

THE 'I DON'T CARE' PRESIDENT

Sorry, cannot join all the tenderhearted people who feel sorry and pray for all the White House staff that have contracted Covid-19. I'm delighted that Trump is ill, thrilled that lying Kayleigh McEneny has come down with it. Hope Hope is miserable. And have no well wishes for the idiots that attended that toxic garden party, with their children and without masks. I only wish Amy Barrett could get it again. And nearby, I love the image of the walrus-sized Chris Christie painfully floundering in bed. Across the country, I am pleased to think of all the headaches, muscles pains, upset stomachs and sheer weaknesses and Republican demises of all the once applauding and cheering rally attendees. And the most amusing aspect of all is that Trump couldn't care less about the  ills of any one of them—even Kayleigh. Nor could I since these are people determined to destroy a country I love.

AN EXPENSIVE STUPIDITY.

If you, unlike Trump, pay taxes  you've had an expensive week. For example that helicopter that flew Trump from the White House doesn't come cheap, but it does come out of your pocket, as do the many limousines in his unnecessary vanity parade and, of course, the trip back to the White House. But those expenses are nothing compared to what you will be feeling if Trump's unchristian Hand Maiden does away with The Affordable Care Act and he manages to do away with Social Security and Medicaid. For starters your elderly parents will have to find an affordable place to live. Where would that be? And every time you go to the doctor, you'll get a hefty bill, unless you have an expensive insurance plan. And with no Social Security in your future you had better start saving what little you can. All this because of vote from Republicans. Most of them are wealthy so they won't be facing these problems and don't care that you do. (Has there ever been a more selfish, unsympathetic pack of jackals ruling your life?) Trump has wasted more of your tax dollars in the past four years than any other president by far: on golf, on his three greedy children, on his know-nothing son-in-law, on his rallies (you know he ripped us off to help pay for them),on hiring his incompetent friends, and on and on an on. The guy is stupid and wasteful , and a lot of stupid people plan to waste their vote (the only thing he likes about anyone) on him. Hope you're not one of them.

TRUMP IS TODAY'S Typhoid Mary.

 Trump might have gained some sympathy when he was flown to Walter Reed Hospital, (not from me), but he lost it when he took that insane ego motorcade jaunt around the neighborhood.  I noticed he was sitting on the right side of the car, which means he didn't even have he energy to move his enormous ass across the seat if he wanted to. The news of course made a big deal about the fans he waved to but didn't mention the equal number of spectators who hate his guts and showed up to give him the finger which I am sure he thinks means "number one". So while all the Trumpers were thrilled at Dr. Conroy's optimistic lies, the rest of us were totally disheartened. I wonder how many people he made sick with is little joy ride. I would say he is the Typhoid Mary of our aid, but he is responsible for far more deaths than she was. You must admit it's hilarious to see all the news people and their guests wishing Donald Trump a speedy recovery when most of then would be delighted to hear this cruel and selfish would-be dictator had kicked the bucket and saved us from the danger of him destroying our economy and killing more people.
