This man is mentally ill.

He's obsessed with the attack on Benghazi. Not because he cares a fig about the Americans who died there. And not even because he is concerned about the protection that our country offers its embassies. He's obsessed because he desperately wants to vilify President Obama and Hillary Clinton. Since he became House Oversight Committee Chairman, he has launched several partisan attacks, all of which failed. He is both Boris and Natasha, but unlike sneering and snarling cartoons, his villainy is not amusing. One wonders how this highly disturbed person even got into Congress. He has a history of car theft and is suspected of arson, hardly recommendations for public office. Most amazingly is that his partisanship is so incredibly obvious, so dramatically vindictive. Just looking at this photo, you can see how angry and tightly wound this man is, and that suggests to me that he's almost ready to snap.
