Can you believe it? Multi-millionaire T. Boone Pickens has just said that fracking "isn't gonna hurt anybody." He seems to feel that since it's two miles below the surface, it's not going to damage anything. Apparently he hasn't heard about these many mini earthquakes, the number of water supplies that have been polluted and other problems causes by the totally irresponsible practice of grinding into and disturbing the structure of the only earth we have. I guess when huge amounts of money are involved businessmen are willing to believe anything, you know like fracking is completely harmless and nuclear energy is totally without risk.
