Is this ad for real? What the hell is a collar coat? It looks more like a strait jacket. Andwhat are those straps on the sleeves for? I'm not surprised they offer free shipping. I'm surprised the coat isn't free. I just checked the Internet. Dress Lily isn't a joke after all, but a real fashion retailer. I don't pretend to be a fashion maven, but I will say they have some of the ugliest coats and dresses I've ever seen.
