When you're cranky like me, people think nothing pleases you. But I think I am more pleased than most when something wonderful happens, like today. For some bizarre reason my printer has been behaving like Bacchus's jug, While he had an endless supply of wine, I seemed to have an endless supply of ink. Today is had reached three years. And even though it was still printing, I went back to Cartridge World on Coral Way near 27th Avenue
for a refill. I also had a small flaw in whatever that thing is that holds the cartridge. Anyway, Cartridge World was open at 9, just as they said (rare in Miami). They remembered me (rare in Miami). They not only refilled the cartridge within 5 minutes, but noted the flaw in the holder and repaired it at no extra charge. When I mentioned that I always recommend them to others, they took my word—which was true—and gave me a 10% discount. Since I casually mentioned I had other errands and did not drive, they wrapped the newly filled cartridge in bubble wrap; put it in a strong, quality box; and put that box into a convenient shopping bag. The entire charge for a filling that will probably last another two or three years: $41.00. I can't guarantee that every Cartridge World is as thoughtful, efficient, competent, and complete as this one, but if you live in Miami, you'd be a fool to have your cartridges refilled any place else.
