It's a commercial.

I like this commercial overall, but I cannot understand why she has to say, "It's a painting easel". Of course it's an easel, what else could it be?  And if he's an artist, I think he'd recognize the gift. My only other carp with this spot is his telling her that her  favorite painting is upside down. That seems like a crappy comment to make to someone who is so obviously supportive.
