In short there are many reasons to lock up this swindler, mountebank, charlatan, scammer, shyster, fraud, chiseler, flimflammer, thief, and confidence man. So every time one of his delusional, ignorant, moronic, hate-filled fans holds up a totally ridiculous sign that says "Lock her up" they are showing the world just how easily they are manipulated by this masterful mephistophelean criminal.
