Designing woman?

Are there really people out there who think that Sofia Vergara designs furniture and eyeglasses? Do they actually believe that the Sofa Vergara Collection at Rooms to Go is something she designed when she wasn't on set of Modern Family? And once their new furniture arrives, do they luxuriate in it imagining Sofia at her drawing board adding the finishing touches for the waiting upholsters? And finally will they even remember her name forty years from now when their final payments are due to Rooms to Go? One wonders. Not that I don't think Sofia is beautiful, charming, funny, and an ideal figurehead for various manufacturers. But her only collection is the enormous sum of money they pay her for her name and endorsements. So, as I sit here in my Charo-designed ergonomic desk chair, I can only wonder at just how gullible consumers can be.
