A MASS MURDERER IS NOT A TEDDY BEAR.

I agree with Ellen Degeneres that one can be friendly with someone who does not share your same standards and morals. But I think she is being incredibly naive to regard George Bush as just a person who shares a different set of values. George Bush initiated a war with a country who had not harmed us. This war led to the destruction of a society; the deaths, often violent, of thousands of innocent men,woman and children; and of course the equally needless deaths and maiming of thousands of our own service people. It also led to the birth of Isis, leading to more deaths, the corruption of war mongers, including Cheney, and other untold catastrophes. Ergo: George Bush is a mass murderer, a war criminal, a man not fit to be in the company of any respectable person. If Ellen could go back in time and see just one, just one, just one, child suffering from the bullets or fire or rape or torture that Bush had wrought, she would feel very different about being friends with a monster.
