Mad at the world.

Isn't it odd: The people who are most against sodomy are the ones that look and act like they have a stick up their ass. Look at this character, columnist and author Cal Thomas. He's a perfect example. An evangelical Christian, who has wasted his whole life being angry and judgemental. His latest rant is that the end of times is upon us because of gay marriage. Someone this deranged could never see the acceptance of love as the beginning of an even greater age. Yet there he is, writing for Newsday and USA Today, venting his evangelical spleen, interpreting the bible to suit his individual hatreds, and getting all of America's other non-Christian Christians worked up to the kind of hatred Jesus would despise. What creates these sicko bible-quoters? Were they infected by bigoted and ignorant parents who dragged them to church every Sunday, who constantly told them how evil and dirty sex was, how hideous hell was, and how worthless they were unless they spread the word the distorted word of god for the rest of their pissed off lives?
