Did he choose to be ignorant?

Well there's no doubt now that Ben Carson is an idiot. His latest moronic comments are that being gay is a choice. What does he cite as proof, "...a lot of people who go into prison straight, when they come out they're gay." This isn't even a true statement. A lot of prisoners are horny young men. It stands to reason if they can't get sex with women, they might substitute.  Especially true when it's more a power thing than a sex thing. And lots of prisoners never succomb. Anyway when they are released, they are not gay. They go right back to women. Makes you wonder who Ben's ex-con friends are. And I wonder when he chose to be black and have brown eyes.
