A most unlikely passenger.

In the world of amazing coincidences this one would be hard to beat. First a little background. As most of us know Hubert Humphrey was Lyndon Johnson's Vice President from 1965 to 1969. Spiro Agnew was Nixon's Vice President from 1969 to 1973. First Humphrey then Agnew, starting in 1965. Two VPs with rather uncommon names. Now 11 years before in 1954 there was a very popular John Wayne movie called The High and the Mighty. It was an all-star feature about a plane in danger of crashing. In the film a then name star, Sidney Blackmer, threatened another passenger. When the other passenger, David Brian, demanded to know the man's name, he told him: Humphrey Agnew.  I call that amazing!
