"Oh, I come from Alabama...."

I see where Alabama Supreme Court has ordered probate judges in the state to stop issuing same sex marriage licenses. I wonder if they're still extending same-parent marriages. There must be intelligent, liberal people living in that backward state. I wondered if when they go on vacation they're embarrassed to admit where they're from, or do they lie and say Massachusetts.
