In a Congress filled with boneheaded Republicans can one be the most ignorant? Yes, ladies and gentlemen we have a winner. It's 81-year-old James Inhofe, the senior and senile senator from Oklahoma. This anti-immigration, gay-hating, earmark-loving, torture-endorsing Senator was the idiot who felt that 9-11 was divine retribution for us not providing enough support to Israel. He is most famous for his belief that global warming is a scam. Being mentally ill he doesn't understand what global warming is and recently felt all he needed to do to disprove the claims of all the world's scientists (except those being paid off to disagree) he brought a snow ball to Congress. While claiming to be a true Christian, he has nixed disaster aid to those in need, fought gay rights, and stolen lots of taxpayer money for his unauthorized trips in the service of Jesus. He is also a lousy pilot and in October of 2010, at age 75, endangered many lives when he landed his Cessna on a close runway in South Texas, causing the airport manager to state, "I have never seen such reckless disregard for human life...". So, yes, there is a stupidest man in Congress, and you're looking at him.
