At the impeachment hearings, Matt Gaetz's behavior is both petulant and treasonous. There is no justification for his illogical defense of President Trump other than he was denied a strong father figure growing up and Jim Jordan has not filled that role. Thus he feels he must rant and rave and do everything but hold his breath till his chubby face turns blue. He is obviously so desperate to be noticed that he is willing to give up all semblance of sanity and reason if it will get him even a small place in substitute daddy's cold heart.
