GREAT SERVICE. ANNOYING PHONE MESSAGE.
















I'm a great fan of Chewy.com, especially during coronavirus. They deliver fast. Their prices are fair. And one avoids schlepping heavy products. But they do something very annoying. During their busy periods they repeat a recorded phone message every 20 seconds that says, "One of our helpful service representatives will be with you in a moment." It's not true, of course, and you could be on the phone for 15 minutes, which means you've heard this irritating message as often at 45 times. It seems to me they could fill up the time with helpful pet hints, or even promoting some of their products.
