Comcast/Xfinity ever the unreachable pain in the ass seems to be determined that I can never have a direct line to my e-mail. Now that I have returned from a vacation, I have to put up with their "Welcome back." greeting before they allow me access to my e-mail. Who are the morons who run this company? They have a "Contact us" icon, which seems to have no effect at all. I could, of course, call them, but that would mean listening to several commercials, a list of what ineffective buttons to push, and more than likely being disconnected before I presented the problem. Grrrrrr.
