HOW COULD AARP BE SO STUPID?

I'm planning to get back on commercials I hate. Let's start with this one for AARP (I hope I remember how to add it to the blog). The commercial is designed to tell you how easy it is to get through all the confusion of adding a AARP Medicare Supplement to your coverage. But the device they use is absolutely stupid and offensive. Using a gorgeous labyrinth as a symbol for a problem difficult to navigate, they show a person on a tractor tearing through this magnificent growth and destroying all the work and time that went into it. How the hell is this an intelligent demonstration of their health plans? It isn't. It is an ugly destructive vision of a work of art totally damaged by a savage vulgarian on a machine. Despise this commercial. Shame on you, AARP.
