Right now they are airing Trump's rally in North Carolina, giving him yet more free air time to promote his campaign and attack Hillary. Just before this Steve Kornacki seemed very exciting to display a map that suggests that Trump still has a chance of winning. After Kornacki's past rants about Hillary I am not surprised at his glee. Earlier coverage gave Trump fans a chance to say why they admire him, and one Republican spokeswoman suggested that it was indeed possible that all these accusations of sexual assault by women may be not true after all. Trump doesn't need Fox; he has MSNBC. That same Republican spokeswoman questioned where else would she put her vote since Hillary doesn't share her views. What she doesn't realize is neither does Trump. He is only saying what will get him elected and if he is he'll do everything his way, which might have nothing to do with the desires of his supporters. But the joke won't just be on them, but on America.
It is now the 3:30 half-hour on MSNBC. They have given a Trump supporter named Steve Cortes lots of time to defend Donald, and vilify Hillary. The vicious things Cortes is saying about Clinton are nasty and unsupported, which doesn't seem to bother the moderator.
