Who's Who and Who Cares?

This, I assume has something to do with a wedding, and somebody in this car is married to somebody else, I'm guessing. And though the women looks like Robin Wright, from House of Cards, that's not relevant any more than the man behind her looks like "The Most Interesting Man in the World." And it's supposed to be charming and touching and all that good stuff. But frankly, I find this confusing commercial, with its whiny song,  one of the most annoying spots on TV today.
