U.S. District judge Roger Benitez or San Diego has ruled that a ban on assault rifles is unconstitutional. He feels that these massacre weapons are a swell way to defend your home and country and are no more dangerous than a Swiss Army knife or a slingshot. The fact that they were designed to kill as many human beings as possible in as short a time as possible is irrelevant.
