SINCE COMCAST DISABLED  MY PHONE FOR NO GOOD REASON, AND THEIR THIRD-WORLD EXPERTS CAN'T SEEM TO REINSTATE  IT, I HAVE HAD TO HIRE A COSTLY TECHNICIAN TO COME TOMORROW SINCE I AM AN 80-YEAR OLD LUDDITE.  IN THE MEANTIME, I AM MISSING IMPORTANT E-MAILS, NOT THE LEAST WHICH ARE REPORTS FROM MY CARDIOLOGIST AND NEUROLOGIST. ALL BECAUSE COMCAST HASN'T A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ONCE DONE CAN'T SEEM TO REMEDY IT. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT OTHER PROVIDERS ARE NO BETTER, BUT THEY CAN'T  BE AS BAD AS COMCAST/INFINITY.
