You can be sure that Donald Trump isn't mourning the death of Ivan as much as he is trying to figure out how he can steal her 100 million dollars. He has already managed to have her buried at one of his golf courses, which she would find humiliating. And one wonders A, how one can fall down a spiral staircase and B. How one could get a torso bruise from such a fall. That's without commenting on how young she was and her excellent state of her health. Nobody will answer these questions, of course.and her final resting place will remain an inaccessible golf resort rather than an distinguished urban cemetery.
