First of all this pardon privilege is one of the stupidest items in the Constitution. It allows presidents to unleash all kinds of crooks and lowlifes on society. Trump being the worst president, of course, has already pardoned lots of living excrement. Now there is a fear he will pardon these insurgents, The solution? Don't tell Trump their names. I assume you can't just say," terrorists", to pardon someone. Ending this idiotic law should be one of Biden' first acts, or at least he should make it more sane. Also we have bent over too much to accommodate this madman. Don't let him pardon himself. Or drag out the procedure so long that he loses his window of opportunity. Lots of persons are in prison who should be free. Stop Trump from setting criminals free who should be in prison, especially him.
