TAINTED.

While lying in state in the Capitol Rotunda is an honor worthy of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and John Lewis, it the honor has been spoiled by Tim Ryan. In his total ignorance, he stupidly pushed to have Billy Graham lie in state, and for some idiotic reason Congress allowed it. Billy Graham was a popular evangelist and a con man. He lived like royalty and died a multi-mllionaire, turning over his "con" to Franklin Graham. He was no more worthy of lying in state than Jerry Falwell, Jr. or his corrupt father or any another multi-millionaire religious racketeer who bled the poor with promises of redemption. The Capitol Rotunda should have been reserved for giants like Ginsburg, Lewis, and all the other great Americans, not for two-bit grifters in thousand-dollar suits.

Note: When I was 21, I made my first trip to Europe aboard the U.S.S, United States, traveling second class. During the boarding and getting settled, I recall this announcement: "Ladies and Gentlemen, we are pleased to have aboard Mr. Billie Graham, who will be conducting services this Sunday for First Class Passengers Only."
