America was born in Pennsylvania. This November 3rd, don't let it die there. The news suggests there are many Pennsylvanians who will vote for Trump. Why? In the 1770s we declared independence from the tyrannical King George III. This year we must declare independence from Would-be-King Donald the Clueless. Like King George III, Trump has problems with mental acuity. Of course in George's case it was attributed to arsenic. With Donald it's a whole series of failings, including narcissism, laziness, and a complete lack of empathy. Trump sometimes talks a good story, but he has no interest in you other than your vote. Just as he had no interest in the thousands who died from Covid-19 or the multitude of those who are sick. Just as he felt nothing for those heartbroken children
who were separated from their loving parents and possible never reunited. Just as he didn't care about the Kurds whom he betrayed and abandoned to death by the Turks. Just as he has never mentioned our service men and women being killed for Russian bounties. Study his rallies. He pretends to like everyone there, but he doesn't encourage them to wear masks to save their lives. And there isn''t one of them in those adoring crowds that he would allow into Mara Lago if they weren't wealthy and famous. Pennsylvania has so much to be proud of, include Independence Hall in Philadelphia. This November give America a president it can be proud of: Joe Biden.
