Kentucky seems to produce the most brain-dead politicians. Take Rep. Thomas Massie. He stupidly went on record stating that he would not prosecute Kyle Rittenhouse for the murder of two men and the wounding of a third. He cited as his reason that Rittenhouse was trying to escape and fell down. Duh. This moronic question is why Rittenhouse, at 17, owned an assault weapon. Or why he traveled from Antioch, Illinois, to Kenosha if not to indulge his fantasy of murdering people. And what was he trying to escape from? A situation he never should have been in in the first place. Also if his many defenders seem to feel that at 17 he has ever right to an illegal gun and the opportunity to kill two innocent people, what age is too young? 16? 12? I am sure convicted murders all over America, particularly serial killers are wishing they had committed their crimes with so many ignorant forgiving Republicans wandering around. And if they could just find one complete fool like Rep. Thomas Massie, they would be home free.
