Truly offensive commercials are those for SimpliSafe security. There is nothing funny, adorable, or amusing about a ski-masked thief. Have our standards fallen so low that we now admire and giggle at criminals who break into homes and steal the hard-earned possessions of honest people? I don't think so. What's next commercials for serial killers to promote the sales of silencers, tarps, and duct tape?
