The NBC Nightly News just had the dumbest human interest story. It seems this altruistic young boy in Illinois, when mowing his large family lawn, also mowed the large lawn next door knowing the young girl who lives here was in the hospital with leukemia. So far, very moving. Well it seems that local merchants impressed with his kindness, gifted him with a collection of power tools: edgers, blowers, etc. I would think a young boy like this should have been rewarded with something fun, not the tools to go out and do more work.
