It was very discouraging to see glimpses of Trump's rally in North Carolina yesterday. Not because few people were wearing masks and that could result in another outbreak. And not because it is always depressing to see so many ignorant and gullible cultists responding like trained monkeys. But because I showed me how little these people cared about our men and women in uniform. Now that it has been revealed that Trump regards all our brave volunteers as suckers and losers, one would hope to see a diminishing of the crowd sizes at these rallies. Surely many of those attendees have a child or relative in the service. At least some must have known someone who died. Yet they sat there like a. Howdy Doody audience applauding and cheering at the appropriate time, breathing in possibly infected air, gazing admiringly at the most poisonous liar and charlatan of our time. I find this collection of hate-filled bigots a despicable display of loathsome losers. At the same time, they are absolutely pathetic shreds of society.
