Since he regards himself as superior to everyone, he is unlikely to shake hands or get within six feet of another person, especially any of the "peasants" that attend his rallies. Yes, he knows they are exposing themselves to coronavirus. He couldn't care less. If anyone gets sick, or infects their family, it's none of his concern. That's what so amazing about Trump's disciples: they worship a man who hasn't an atom of affection for them. They merely exist, in his mind, to wear MAGA hats and applaud every hateful phrase. P.T.
