A HERO FOR OUR TIMES.

I just saw something amazing, and wonderful, and encouraging, and inspiring, and completely unexpected. Ted Wheeler, the Mayor of Portland, Oregon, stood up to President Trump with both guns blazing. He called Trump out for the mean, nasty, petty son-of-a-bitch he is. He accused him of everything of which he is guilty as bravely as David facing Goliath. He gave me the most hope I have had so far that the brave and honorable among us will win after all, and  the weak and cowardly will not stand much longer. I am thrilled knowing how angry and scared Trump must be this very moment for finally having to confront a hero instead of a toady, for being exposed to an entire nation in all his pettiness and insignificance. Thank you Mayor Wheeler.
