THE CATHOLIC STRUGGLE.

When the news reports on the thousands of refugees from South and Central America, they never mention one of the root causes of such large and desperate crowds: The Holy Roman Catholic Church. One of the reason these poor people have so many children is that they have been told that birth control or abortion is a sin. Thus they bring child after hungry child into the world. Then rather than having to worry about their own survival, they are faced with the added burden, expense and suffering of children, which keeps the wealthy papists smugly satisfied despite the misery of desperate families. While the Catholic Church is very much opposed to abortion, they seem to be all right with children dying enroute, drowning in rivers, or expiring from starvation of abuse. I'm sure the church offers some aid to these refugees for appearances sake. But I wonder how much of their billions they actually spend to help these oppressed worshipers.
