Rick Bright is the whistleblower whom Trump fired from his role as director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority. Why? Because he refused to promote Trump's obsessive idiocy that hydroxychloquine would cure coronavirus patients.Trump with his usual arrogance insisted the malaria drug would be beneficial despite tests at the V.A. that proved it was ineffective and would even cause death. Facts didn't deter Trump by Bright did, hence his dismissal. It also didn't help that Bright was also outspoken about major covidvirus role Trump gave to his ditzy son-in-law. Not content to just walk away, Bright has nationally exposed Trump's pettiness and the possible danger he may have wrought on thousands of patients who owe this brave whistleblower not only their thanks but possibly their lives.
