WHAT GOOD IS FREE WITHOUT DELIVERY?
I was so taken in by the Wayfair commercials, I decided they were the ideal outlet for the new table I needed. After reviewing their choices on the Internet, I decided on the perfect table at the perfect price. But when I went to checkout, it cost twice as much with no explanation. So I called their customer service number for an explanation. Their recording said they were very busy and I would have to wait about ten minutes. I could live with this, so I put the phone on speaker and left it on the desk. Twenty minutes later the repetitious message was still blaring every 15 seconds. Wayfair lost a sale and a potential customer. I doubt that they care.
