If you're black, you have lots of enemies, mostly white Republicans because they're so afraid of your gaining any power. But your biggest enemy bar none is Gregg Abbott, the Governor of Texas, who sits on his skinny wheelchair-bound ass devising new ways to prevent you from voting. And he's getting away with it. Abott is an evil racist bigot who unfortunately heads up a band of Republican racists who fear blacks and Democrats as much as he does. But what frightens Abbott most is that you're strong and your vote is powerful (look at Mississippi). That is if you get to use it. And you must get to use it. So don't accept any of these rules to stifle your powerful black vote. Be loud. Be obnoxious. Be demanding. Don't let this cowardly cripple and his cowering cronies tell you when and where you can vote and whether or not you can have water. You have power, which is why he's so terrified. Use it.
