These supposed new gun laws are of no value at all.Without a ban on assault weapons there is no progress. How can Congress believe that there is anything acceptable about permitting the purchase of guns whose only use is to slaughter human beings? It's obviously insane to the rest of the world, but our incompetent Congress, both Republican and Democrats ignore the absurdity of such weapons.
