Against my better judgment, I bought Elmer's Wood Filler since it was cheaper than Plastic Wood. But when I got it home it was already hard as a rock and unusable. I called the company's complaint number and the moronic clerk said they would replace it, but he wanted a full description of the faulty product, plus my name, e-mail and full address plus a photo of the product. I wasn't going to jump through hoops for a $3.99 product. Why did I purchase it against my better judgement? Because I never felt that Elmer's Glue stuck anything to anything. So I should have anticipated another disapointing Elmer's product.
