TWO VERY FUNNY WOMEN.

To anyone who's not familiar with French and Saunders, this segment of Dr. Quimm will give you some idea of how funny they are. And this is just one of hundreds of skits, parodies, impersonations, musical acts they have done over the years.

MIAMI'S BORN-AGAIN LOSER.

Rubio, that irritating rash that never goes away, is out pushing his religion again. He said this week that he doesn't believe a pregnant woman infected with the Zika virus should have the right to an abortion, even if the child would be born with severe microcephaly. Or to phrase it differently, he believes that a family should be burdened with the care, worry, and expense of having a handicapped child even if it means that their own quality of life is completely undermined. And why should these people suffer? Because Rubio, who has been a Mormon, Southern Baptist, and Catholic can't escape from the superstitious bonds of religion and must obey the dictates of the imaginary man in the sky. This despite all the evidence that any possible man in the sky seems to find Rubio just as repulsive a hypocrite as I do.

THE BAAAAD, BAAAAD MEDIA.

I wish Hillary Clinton were the evil, manipulative person that so many talking heads in the bone lazy media present her to be. Because if she were, once she was president she could get even with all these psittaceous newspeople who constantly smear her without any evidence. I would be happy to provide her with a list of all those so called media mavens who yap on and on and on about the meaningless e-mail crime so that she could have the IRS put them through hell. Even now watching MSNBC, they are comparing Trump's insane gaffes of the week with—what else?—Hillary's e-mails, maintaining hers is the unsolved, unforgivable sin. As I have often speculated it seems that while they are vilifying Trump, they are working to install him in the White House: not damning him with faint praise, but praising him with faint damns. All the good that Clinton has done seems to be of no interest to the media. Why discuss her charitable acts when you can suggest that her hard-earned wealth must be tainted in some way? Why testify to Bill's enormous popularity when you can constantly hark back 20
years to his public indiscretion? Why mention her astonishing popularity when you can constantly and falsely suggest that she is distrusted, disliked and disingenuous?  Sadly almost all our newspeople are lazy, careless, and ovine. If Trump gets into office they will act appalled despite the fact that they did so much to put him there. In the meantime, Hillary, heroically withstands all the slings and arrows of the outrageous media from attacks on her pantsuits to ridiculing her laugh. The very fact that she can put up with all these exaggerated claims, petty observations, and meaningless shit should be enough to show anyone how tough she is and how lucky we would be to have her as president.

The most annoying people I know are those who say, "You don't like anything." This accusation is totally untrue and usually leveled at me by those who aren't paying attention or else completely disagree with whatever it is that I don't like. Anyway, to prove my point, I love this Wentworth commercial. There was another one I loved even more in which the same singers were on a public bus. Sorry, all you nay sayers: I love this commercial.

SOMEWHAT SLIGHTLY SEXY SANCTIMONIOUS SIMPLETON

Watching Bill Maher tonight, I realized that Rick Santorum is quite attractive. It's too bad that he's a sexless, prissy, pious, moronic, right-wing, Trump-supporting hypocrite. How do people get that thick-headed stupid, and once they do how do they manage to have any kind of careers at all?  All sane people felt grateful that Santorum didn't get anywhere near the presidency. Now he seems so dumb-shit harmless next to Trump whom he supports. What amuses me is that Santorum is so Roman Catholic brainwashed. Makes me wonder how he'd feel if he knew, which I suspect is true, that Trump is an atheist.

NAUSEATING COMMERCIAL FOR TREATING IBS.

This is one of a series of the most repulsive ads on television. There is nothing amusing about this creepy doppelganger with her intestine-illustrated flesh-colored leotards and bug-eyed curiosity about everything effecting her hostess's health. Not only that, but if I were Kathy Griffin I would sue since this seems to be a caricature of her.

DON'T DRINK THE AGUA.

Considering the filthy water, the random street crimes, the riots, the cruel displacement of so many poor people from their homes, and general unreadiness of the city of Rio, it would seem that this year the corrupt Olympic Commission took its bribe from the wrong city.
