THE VANITY OF THE VACUOUS.

Have you noticed that more and more Trump looks like a raccoon? Why can't he get the flesh around his fish-like eyes to be the same orange as his jowly face? What a sad creature. No. I take that back. One had to be kind to be pitiful.You can't feel sorry for a misogynistic, misanthropic, egotistical, selfish and evil maniac. I'm sure he feels that he is somewhat attractive. Wrong. I'm sure he feels that he is very intelligent. Wrong again. And I know he thinks that the is a great businessman. This despite that if he had invested the money his feckless father gave him, he would be far more wealthy than he is. So three times wrong. Let's face it. Our president is a useless excuse for a human being, a cipher with nothing of value to offer the world.  A person whom no one of intelligence admires, that opportunists cling to, and America's most ignorant and gullible losers highly respect for no good reason. Attached is a photo of what Donald Trump would look like without his daily makeup and primping. As you can see, his is a very ordinary, unattractive old man.

NON SLIP? DON'T FALL FOR IT.

Warning: Do not assume that the rubber bath mats with multi-suction cups will protect you in a shower. The one I bought seemed fine for weeks. Then today I slipped out from under me and I had a bad fall,  the suction cups completely failed. I tried grabbing the inside shower stall door handle and it ripped off. After assuming I might be an invalid, I happily realized I didn't suffer any damage. Amazing considering the fall. I'm not sure but I suspect a better system are the peel and stick no-slip decals or tape you can find in many stores. My so-called no-slip bath mat is in the trash.That's where yours should be. Now all I need as a handyman to put the door back on the shower.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YUMMY AND HO HUMMY.

What the hell is frozen dairy desert? Is it another way for companies to rip us off by charging the same price using less costly ingredients.? It's getting harder and harder to find ice cream.  And when you do it's usually printed in tiny letters as is frozen dairy desert which is designed to confuse you.They got me today. I just had some butter pecan and was surprised at how bland it tasted. Then I realized I had bought frozen dairy desert. If you love ice cream as most people do, make sure that is what you are buying at the market. Nobody sings, "I scream. You scream. We all scream for frozen dairy desert."

Note: Both ice cream and frozen dairy desserts are sold in the same aisle at the supermarket. However, one is made with butterfat while the other is made with vegetable oil. According to the FDA, in order to be considered ice cream, a frozen dairy dessert must have at least 10% milk fat.

DID THE DOG RUN AWAY?

I detest Giuliani, but for anyone to say the photo of him and his dog"freaked them out" is absurd. It seems like people are real eager to be offended, outraged and freaked out by the most stupid things.
This is so unnecessary when you're talking about people like Giuliani and Trump who perform seriously offensive acts every day of their lives that hurt all of us. So stop fussing about a wide-eyed dog whom you like to think is being held hostage and start focusing on his evil master and his evil master's master who are holding us all hostage.

ONE COMPANY THAT NEVER GETS BETTER.

I've just been blackmailed by Comcast/Infinity. Apparently if you want the pleasures of Turner Classic Movies, you must pay a ransom that include sports and military channels, which most people I know don't even want. This despicable business has arranged their programming so that they can squeeze the most possible money out of each subscriber. They use the word discounts often though there are no discounts, and no breaks for elderly people. It's no wonder that Comcast is one of the most hated companies in American and seems likely to remain so.

What it means. Twitter suspends accounts which offend president Trump or any member of his criminal family.  But will give you a fake reason for your suspension. 

They should really change the name to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade of Unending Advertising. Every year this event becomes more vulgar, more commercial, and more low brow. At the same time it becomes far less creative, depending on endless groups of pretty girls doing tiresome dance routines and marching bands doing the same tedious numbers. And those are only the tepid entertainments slipped in between promotions for TV shows, movies, products of all kinds, the latest rap albums and the newest pablum from Disney. There were always the fun balloons, but now there is too much dialog and sickening hype to further sell each inflatable's product. I'm surprised there isn't a Humira float. Many great American traditions have died during recent years. Sadly, this parade is one of them.

TRUMP: THE GREAT HERDER.

P.S. One good thing about the Trump presidency. With his many ego rallies, he managed to isolate almost all of America's losers, misfits, nutcases, racists, and other deplorables. There they are permanently on video for all the sane world to see. And what a collection. Toothless grinners. Overweight misanthropes. Welfare mothers who resent welfare mothers  And an endless selection of home-bleached blondes in all shapes and sizes trying to look alluring using Dollar Tree cosmetics.Alongside them are their pathetic brain-washed teenagers, open-mouthed, beer-bellied at fifteen, wearing hate-messaged tee shirts, and eagerly holding up signs praising Trump, a millionaire that has absolutely no liking or respect for these useless dregs or humanity whom he sees as useful dregs of humanity.

If you want proof that Trump is nuts, check out his nutcase comments about Thanksgiving at his Florida rally last night. For some bizarre reason he is suggesting that there are liberals who are out to rename Thanksgiving. What? Why? Who? After posing this absurd theory he seemed to take credit for having saved Christmas, which brought loud applause from his audience of morons. Oddly enough I have not seen any mention of this on any news station. Seth Meyers, however, did a very funny bit on this insane theory.

ANOTHER "ACCIDENT"?

There have been so many chemical plant explosions this year, one of the largest this very day. Coincidental? I don't think so. I think like these many forest fires this is terrorism. Why isn't it reported as such. I have no idea. But it wouldn't be helpful to Trump if it was. Hmmm.

THIS BIRD CRAPS ON A LOT OF LIBERALS.

Since being banned from Twitter, I assumed the reason was the one they told me: I should not have called Laura Ingraham a bitch. But the more I think about it, that seems too mild a reason for dropping a person who had written more than 10,000 tweets. Now I am convinced that Twitter, like so many sites, is dominated by Donald Trump. I think it was all the hilarious and serious criticisms I made of this buffoon that got me banned. Not because he saw them, but because the staff of Twitter is loyal in the same sick way the Republican congress is. All the more reason we must accept that we will be under autocratic authority if this evil narcissist is not impeached.

NOT A BIO OF ROY ROGERS' FAMOUS HORSE.

While I'm sure that Donald Trump, Jr. wrote as much of his new book Triggered as his father wrote for The Art of the Deal (not a word) the ghost author did manage to convey the complete lack of character of the oldest Trump fawning spawn.  The book is filled with nasty paranoid comments about liberals, mostly projections of conservative characteristics. Naturally it is replete with adoring comments about his evil father in the hopes of getting the biggest cut of the estate when the grossly overweight patriarch dies in the next few years. I can't tell you more about the book because I could only stomach a few pages at Barnes & Noble. But I can easily see why the GOP had to buy up thousands of copies to push this vitriolic volume onto the best seller list. (Pity they didn't do the same for Ivanka's flop book, Women Who Work). I am sure that Junior will be running from talk show to talk show with his toothy smile accepting all the false praise that is sure to be heaped on him, while he spews out the kind of lies and hatred that have made his equally illiterate father so famous.

One thinks of MSNBC as a very liberal network. But, in truth, they are as guilty of saddling us with Trump as Fox. During the campaign they showed Trump non-stop and very little of Hillary. Their coverage of Hillary always included the false reports that "she isn't popular" and "people don't trust her." This was topped off by a rant by Steve Kornacki, whose vitriol again Hillary was astonishing. I have written to them many times with no response pointing out that exposure is publicity. If they continue to give this monster face time, we can expect another, possibly fatal for America, Trump term.

THE FACE OF AMERICA'S GREATEST FAILURE.

Think about this. The people of Ukraine are eager to have a fully democratic free society. They struggle to achieve it. They fear and dread being under the dictatorship of Russia and its evil autocrat Putin. Sadly our president has no empathy with their dream of freedom, especially it interferes with his egotistic needs. By postponing their weaponry many Ukrainians died. Why?  So Trump could  gain information, he hoped would be destructive to his only viable political rival by blackmailing President Zelensky. Once again he made a move beneficial to Russia, a country that has more claim to his loyalty than the United States. And, in doing so, he proved that he couldn't care less about the Ukrainians desire for freedom and liberty.  How could we have elected such a satanic and unpatriotic man?

DON'T JUDGE A COVER BY ITS BOOK.

One of the most corrupt businesses in America is the publishing industry. Sadly they lie with impunity, promoting thousands of books supposedly written by politicians or celebrities that had nothing or very little to do with the content. My deceased brother, a noted published author, told me that one of his close friends wrote the Margaret Truman mysteries, books that millions bought believing Ms. Truman herself wrote them. Very few celebrities can write a paragraph, much less a book yet they have many best sellers in their names. The most offensive fraud, to me, is James Patterson. Perhaps he was once an actual author but today he does nothing but slap his name on the writings of lesser-known authors who are willing to give him undeserved writing credit to appeal to all the gullible book buyers who haven't a clue. Yes, the publishing industry is corrupt, but no one seems to care. I wonder if someday a book will come out exposing the deception of this devious industry, and, if it does, who will print it?

Every time I see this person on TV or the Internet, I am reminded of a line from the play and movie The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie. It was in a scene when Sandy, Brodie's student, finally confesses to
Jean the contempt she has for her pretentious and dangerous teacher. The words Sandy directed at Jean Brodie are just as suitable for this dishonorable, unAmerican, jacketless jackass Jim Jordan: "You are a ridiculous person."

A NAME TO REMEMBER WHEN YOU THINK OF FRAUDS.

A truly despicable company is Quincy Bioscience Holdings in Madison Wisconsin. As the holders of the Prevagen patent, they know it doesn't do a damn bit of good for your memory, but they continue to sell it for over $30.00 a bottle, or a dollar for every useless tablet. Sadly, the gullible believe their false claims and keep buying this snake oil. This gives the charlatans millions, which is why they can afford such a deluge of misleading commercials.  American consumers are being gulled by lots of unethical companies, but none more amoral and detestable than the pharmaceutical industry.

YOU'RE GOING TO NEED A BIGGER IDEA.

When I was writing copy. I tried to avoid anything that had become a cliche. One time I convinced myself that the idea I had wasn't already overused and was proven wrong when the client scorned it.  Today my most offensive cliche is "We're going to need a bigger room" or car, or house or something else. Every week I see a new commercial with some variation of this overused line. If I ever interviewed a copywriter with one of these ads, I'd stop the interview.

FALL FROM GRACE.

Sadly Lindsey Graham, who has been constantly slipping in character since the death of John McCain, has finally gone a bridge too far. Having found a new object for his repressed desires in Donald Trump, he has thrown all morals to the wind in obedience to his new hero. His latest act of insane obsequiousness is to initiate an investigation of the Bidens, a move sure to ingratiate him with his corpulent commander in chief and win him at least a pat on the head if not the privilege of sniffing distance. How sad that Graham, like so many others, has thrown away any credulity he had and made a public ass of himself time and again with his schizophrenic behavior and mercurial comments in deference to the great destroyer Trump. When he was close friends with McCain, one could imagine that he had standards and a code of conduct. Now that his only obsession is with Trump, one can only see him as a very frightened and bitchy queen.

Is there anyone in our government slimier, more unctuous, more childish, more churlish, more deceptive, and more pathetically lost than Devin Nunes. His opening remarks during the impeachment hearings are so sadly misdirected that one can only assume that he has a father figure obsession and is desperate to protect Papa Trump whom he loves more than Little Orphan Annie loved Daddy Warbucks. Of all his stupid and defensive remarks, the most absurd is his desire to have the whistle blower exposed. First of all anything the whistle blower revealed has been so completely proven, he or she is no longer relevant. Nunes only wants to punish or vilify this heroic patriot as a loving act for his master Trump, who is also eager to punish the whistle blower, though he would rather have him executed. Devin is more like a devil, one of those naked red assistants to Satan who has no interest in truth or justice only in creating mischief.

WISE UP CONSUMERS

Prevagen no more improves your memory than a Peppermint Lifesaver, and costs about 50 times as much,
febreze does not eliminate odors. Like any other air freshener it masks odors until they disappear on their own. 
These are just two successful products with deceptive advertising. 

THE DUMMY FROM UTAH.

I always thought that only the illiterate, hillbillies, and foreigners completely unfamiliar with the English language used "drug" as a past tense of drag instead of the correct dragged. Apparently not. Today, during the impeachment hearings, Chris Stewart, Representative of Utah, actually said without blushing or seeming to be aware of his ignorance said to Marie Yovanovich that he was sorry "that she was drug into this". Did this guy go to high school or college? It's astounding to me when anyone uses the word drug for anything but a pharmaceutical, but to hear a  member of our government misuse it is shocking.

BE IT EVER SO HYPOCRITICAL, THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME.

I don't know why Trump has to go to Ukraine to expose imagined corruption when there's so much real corruption right in his own family. We have the illegal nepotism of a totally unqualified daughter and son-in-law. Add to that all the questionable help his pseudo "designer" daughter has received from China. Take Jared's traitorous refusal to let a simple little murder of an American reporter spoil his friendship with the leading Saudi. I'm sure that working together The Trump Crime family has stolen more money from American taxpayers than Hunter Biden could earn from Ukraine if he got $50,000 a week for ten years. The two adult sons alone have stolen taxpayer money for their business expenses.There are so many crimes we know of, like the inflated prices of the inauguration, the endless emoluments profits, the torture and imprisonment of innocent children, and the deaths of Kurds and  Ukranians because of Trump's idiotic and heartless decisions. Forget about his extortion to Zelensky, how about his secret dealings with Erdogan to protect Trump's real estate properties in
Turkey.

Even if you are a Trump fan, surely you can see the difference between Republicans and Democrats. This is especially true today during the public impeachment hearings. The Democrats are quiet, reasoned, quick to admit when they are wrong, adamant when they are right. The Republicans are sneering, angry, deceitful, scolding, finger pointing, and constantly playing the game "look over here" by harping on some irrelevant subject, such as demanding to know who the "whistle blower" is. Not only does that not make an iota of difference, but any intelligent person appreciates that if whistle blowers are exposed and, more than likely, attacked and reviled. No one will expose corruption or criminality again. So the Republicans are saying, "We, like old gossips across the back fence, must know who this person is."The Democrats, on the other hand are saying, "If we want to continue to know where the snakes in the grass are, we must protect the person who has seen them."

TWO DUMMIES. ONE VENTRILOQUIST.

How pathetic are these Republicans that they can't understand that the"whistle blower" is no longer relevant in the impeachment of the president. There has been a ton of evidence that the expose was correct since his blown whistle. Morons like Sweats Jordan and Tattletale Nunes want to know his or her identity so they can expose and torment him or her. No other reason. Well, maybe one other reason: their constant "look over here" attitude to protect our treasonous president. If this were
the beginning of the Revolutionary War, they would demand to have Paul Revere brought to court to explain how he knew the British were coming and then attack him for being a "Whistle Blower".
I still wonder constantly what could the corrupt, bribing, extortion-mad Trump have offered all these unpatriotic GOP turncoats to get them to so stand by an amoral person who would never stand by them.

DID I MISS SOMETHING?

Have all the children who were separated from their parents and imprisoned been reunited and set free?  And, if not, why is this still not a nightly news stories? If children are still caged and denied decent food and hygiene we should be protesting daily. Or do the networks consider this yesterday's news and stop caring about these children? Yes, I'm interested in the impeachment of the monster who put them there. But I'd also like to know that changes have been made, families have been reunited, and children aren't been abused by our government. Shame on me and everyone else who has been watching the news and not asking these questions.

With All Due Respect  (which I doubt she wrote) she brags( actually boasts!) that she turned down an offer by Tillerson and Kelley to undermine Trump to save the country. If she were a tenth the patriot she pretends to be, she wouldhave leapt at that opportunity, but in her gullibility, she believes that Trump is a reasonable person whom one can discuss situations with. Wrong! Is she blind to all his missteps? Is she deaf to all his insanities?  Is she unaware of his racism, misogyny, lies, scams, and monumental ego? No, she knows what a shit he is, but she thinks he can still be of value to her as he has been in the past. If she were a true patriot, she would never recommend him for a second term. Ergo: Nikki Haley is an idiot.

GAETZ TRIES TO CON CONGRESS.

The Katzenjammer Kids are at it again. Jim Jordan and his inseparable boyfriend Matt Gaetz held up today's closed meeting in the Deposition Room during the impeachment investigation of the Kid's hero Donald Trump. Seems Matt in one of his snits insisted that he sit with the big guys during the Fiona Hill hearing. He whiningly argued with chairman Adam Schiff who eventually had to hold up the preceedings in order to get the petulant  brat to leave. I'm sure someday, long after Trump is impeached, and Gaetz is working at a Waffle House in the Florida Panhandle or pumping gas part- time, one of his favorite stories will be the day he stormed the Senate, except in his version he will have been permitted to stay.

With so much evidence we can assume that the uptight, always scolding, Trump-defending Jim Jordan is as much a liar as his hero president. While he struts around the Capitol in his arrogant, jacketless state, many victims of a now-dead sex offender, Richard Strauss, are angry that Mr. High Standards doesn't have enough personal courage to admit what he knows. Well maybe the new lawsuit will refresh his memory.

A CLOSER LOOK.

Donald Trump Jr. is one of those men who, on first glance, looks attractive. On closer examination, however, he's actually quite homely. His face is weak. His eyes are empty. And he fluctuates in appearance from ordinary to kind of ghoulish, It's sad in a way, because I think, like his father, he imagines himself to be very appealing when the only truly appealing thing about him, again like his father, is his wealth.

THE DUMBEST GOP IDEA YET.

Certain obsequious and idiotic members of the GOP want to have America's famous Rte.66 renamed for Donald Trump. The result of that would be hundreds of spray painted signs, directional signs sprayed with bullets, ridiculing photos of Trump every mile of the route, and turning a highway associated with adventure and romance into one ridiculed for being associated with the worst president in American history. Can't these Jordan/Lindsey/Nunes style ass kissers find another American symbol to destroy.

THE MOST UNNEEDED WORD IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

The reason he went to Paris was to see the great museums.

There is no "why" needed after reason in that sentence, nor is it needed in millions of other sentences spoken every year. Who started "the reason why" trend, which is totally superfluous?

We won't even discuss, "The reason is because" which is beyond ignorant.

THE DRUNKEN HYPOCRITE.

I'm surprised that Lindsey Graham is so opposed to this impeachment investigation. He was so gung ho on Clinton's impeachment, which was minor compared to Trump's bribery, lying, and general deceit. Or maybe prissy Lindsey feels that a blow job is more serious than blackmail and extortion of a foreign leader for personal gain. Which is odd as I would think Lindsey would be the last person to object to the act of giving a blow job.

I gained a new respect for Kentucky tonight, and a new optimism about this country's future. Let us hope in next year's election that that repulsive, evil, unAmerican terrapin McConnell loses his office.

Donald Trump Jr. is an idiot. He actually thinks that his father by supposedly being friends with Michael Jackson proves he wasn't a racist. The truth is Trump likes anyone who is famous and super-rich. Jackson is no exception. Did Trump ever plan a family dinner for the Jacksons or befriend any black who wasn't wealthy? Of course not. Apparently Donald Jr. has written a book that has tanked.Why? Because he is an idiot, has nothing trenchant to say, and without his amoral father (who I doubt is his biological father) would be a waiter in Little Italy. Jr. Eric, and Ivanka are all Children of the Corn, less than brilliant scions, raised in wealth, handed careers, and duty-bound to promote their father as a genius if they want a good inheritance when the old man dies, at which time they will all write tell-alls on what an asshole Donald Trump was, which is the only way Jr. will ever get a best seller.

TRUMP IS GOING TO COURT.

Bravo, E Jean Carroll! It's about time one of Trump's victims took him to court. He's been getting away with too many crimes for too long a time. Maybe this will encourage the many other woman who have been assaulted, molested, pawed and maligned by Trump to come forward. Sadly his ex-wife Ivana, after her payoff, isn't likely to reveal  his attack on her again, but the others surely might.
Trump has a big mouth when he's alone on a stage, but what is he like when he has to answer questions, defend his actions, and deny one of his many crimes in a court of law? By the way, anyone who stopped reading or responding to E. Jean Carroll is a worthless, gullible Trumpist and not worth having as a fan, a friend, or a fellow American.

First of all, there was a quid pro pro. But even if there weren't, do we want to have a president who is incompetent, a liar, a criminal and a con man? Do we deserve a president who breaks the rules, ignores the Constitution, has no heart, no conscience, no soul, no sense? Should we put up with a boor who is a racist, a misogynist, a lazy do-nothing fool? These Republicans who are defending this idiot are idiots themselves. They are frauds who are not protecting their country, the people who elected them, and the future of our youth. Was there a quid pro pro? Yes. Does it matter? SNL is not funny. This blonde looks and talks nothing like Kellyanne Conway. The jokes with the dog are obvious and weak. And having all those pseudo-reporters tossing out dumb questions is a waste. I can't imagine why these weak skits are considered humorous. Almost every skit show as far back as Sid Caesar was better written and far, far funnier.

Trump is a maniac. He is not a harmless slightly unhinged kook. He is a highly dangerous, amoral, powerful dictator who has access to the nuclear codes and has shown he cares about no one but himself. He does not live in reality. He is a mental case who should be under  around-the-clock observation, not in charge of an entire country and have an effect on the world. The question of impeachment is absurd. He should be removed today. We have all the evidence we need that Trump is a maniac. What are we waiting for? He is as dangerous as any school shooter. Procrastination could be our downfall.

A REALLY DANGEROUS COMMERCIAL.

I think the Progressive commercials send a very dangerous message. First of all the idea of a person who is half-man, half-motorcycle is dumb enough, but sure to appeal to the underaged. But the spot in which this hybrid is drinking gasoline is creepy and there is certain to be one youngster out there who thinks drinking gasoline must give you strength and power. Ergo: Dead kid. Another example of where commercials today and not only dumb , but possible deadly.

Imagine if reading a book was as difficult as reading an article on websites like Huffington Post. One would have to read in short sections divided by irrelevant photos and advertisments. Suddenly a popup would block your view and each time a different method to get rid of it. It's getting harder and harder to deal with these advertisement-sodden news pages. 

ANOTHER BLONDE EMPTY ECHO.

What is it with these young blonde women who so religiously defend Trump? They don't care that he has a criminal history of lying, of fraud, working with gangsters, of cheating on all his wives, of not paying his bills, of being completely amoral. Did these woman have problems with their fathers? Are they amoral themselves? Do they fancy themselves some kind of political moll? Tonight I saw Liz Harrington on Ari Melber. The typical interrupting, referring to Obama, obfuscator of facts, unAmerican blonde  who has zero interest in morality and one feels would run off with our idiotic septuagenarian president if only he would ask her. Like all the others her standards are so warped she protests that truth and honor and patriotism doesn't really matter as long as the economy is good.

The move, welcomed by New Yorkers, will have the advantage of exposing Trump's mottled, pancake made-up skin to the the year-round oranging benefits of the Florida sun and give him access to ocean beaches, health clubs, yachting opportunities, nightclubs, year-round parks and other venues he will never use as well as the golf courses that occupy so much of the time he should be spending attending to America's needs. While there have been no celebratory events in Florida other than the Sycophant Ball at Mara Lago, joyous soirees. galas, and street parties have been breaking out all over New York City.
